Can I get a quote over the phone?
We don’t give quotes over the phone because it’s difficult to assess the scope of the job. Visiting you in person allows us to give you a more accurate quote so there are no surprises when you get your bill.
Can I supply my own paint to reduce the costs?
We always use our own professional paint products, as we cannot guarantee the quality of any other paint products.
Do you guarantee your work?
At Schwan & Sons Painting Company, we offer a warranty for your peace of mind: Three years warranty for interior work as part of our commitment to quality and durability and two years for exterior work, extending our dedication to excellence outdoors.
Can you help us move the furniture?
We would be happy to help you move your furniture. It is best if you move small items and valuables to keep them safe and leave the heavy lifting to us. We will move your furniture into the centre of the room and cover it in plastic for protection. Once the work is complete, we will put it back in its original spot.
Can you use an all-in-one paint plus primer to do the job more quickly?
As professional painting contractors, we tend to stick to the tried-and-true method of priming before painting. Primer promotes adhesion between the surface and the paint and ensures a consistent and neutral base, resulting in a high-quality finish and longer-lasting paint.
